“I expected the director to complete it in 28 days but he took 17 more days. It was said that Murali Meets Meera’s shooting was planned for 28 days but it got extended up to 45 days thus escalating the budget by Rs 20 lakh. So, I had to produce it,” explains Hunasur. However, they did not honour their commitment. Initially, a few people wanted to join hands with me for this film. I was one of the producers of Krishnana Love Story. How come Hunasur wanted to become producer instead of handling the megaphone? “Working as executive producer or as a co-producer is not a new thing for me. He even handled the megaphone for films such as Police Power, Ninagoskara, Preethisalebeku and Lakshmi Mahalakshmi. Hunasur started his career as associate director and later graduated as director. It explains that love is unique and also narrates how it happens between people,” says Hunasur. The highlight of the movie is the climax and the sequences leading to it.Speaking to Expresso, Hunasur says that arrangements are being made to release it next month. By this time Murali has decided to marry Meera and tells her to accept his request to marry him. But later on Meera also reveals her past which shocks Murali. Slowly, Meera makes Murali realise that there is no point in brooding over the past and he should put a step forward. But as the movie moves on he tells his past to Meera who empathises with him.

He meets Meera who embarasses him with many of her gaffes and childish pranks. The story starts off with Murali's journey as he is determined to commit suicide due to a dejection in love. The whole story happens in one night and strikes a positive note at the wee hours of early dawn. Murali Meets Meera movie is romantic love story and family entertainer.
